An internal groove on the flange holds the silicon rubber O-ring that provides leakproof vacuum capability.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\r\nA PP stopcock accepts ¼” (6.4 mm) ID vacuum tubing and features a self-lubricating PTFE plug.
