The kit is intended to be used for the fast and simple isolation and detection of Salmonella DNA from enrichment cultures. Each reaction contains an internal amplification control (IAC). [vc_empty_space]

General Information:

The real-time PCR assay can be used with established real-time PCR instruments, equipped for detection of two fluorescence emissions in the FAM and VIC/HEX channel at the same time. Internal validation was performed on Agilent Mx3005P, BioRad CFX 96, Roche LightCycler® 480 II, Roche cobas z 480 Analyzer, Roche LightCycler® 2.0, Applied Biosystems® 7500, Qiagen RotorGene Q, Cepheid SmartCycler®, Bio Molecular Systems MIC and LTF MyGo Pro. External validation by MicroVal and AOAC was performed on Roche LightCycler® 480 II, Applied Biosystems® 7500, BioRad CFX 96, Bio Molecular Systems MIC and Agilent AriaMx.[/vc_column]
