Intended use:

The SureCycle® kit is intended to use for the real-time PCR routine control in all laboratories. Especially laboratories which need a constant control concerning their testing devices may use the SureCycle® kit as a reliable and fast verfication method. The kit is designed to control compatibility of the selected plastic material and to verify the correct temperature control of the thermocycler. The real-time PCR assay can be performed with commonly used real-time PCR instruments, equipped for detection of two fluorescence emissions at the channels FAM and VIC/HEX at the same time.
