Product Description:
For optimal protection of the reverse osmosis (RO) membrane from tap water componentsThe Progard® XL-S pretreatment pack pretreats feed water by removing large particles, organic compounds and free chlorine from tap water. It protects the reverse osmosis (RO) membrane against mineral scaling, organic fouling, and chlorine oxidation. The pretreatment pack includes prefiltration to remove particles, activated carbon to remove chlorine, and an anti-scaling agent to minimize the risk of scale formation. For use with larger RiOs™, Elix® and AFS® E water purification systems.
Application:
The pack protects and maintains the good performance of the reverse osmosis membrane.
