Intended use:

Differentiation of beer spoilage bacteria and yeast in beer and mixed beer drinks. The following bacteria and yeasts are differentiated:
  • Lactobacilli
  • Pediococci
  • Acetic acid bacteria
  • Enterobacteriaceae
  • Bottom-fermented yeast
  • Top-fermented yeast
  • Wild yeast
