Enzytec™ Generic Sulfite (SO2-Total)

Intended use:

UV-method for the determination of Sulfite (“total SO2“) in foodstuff and other materials.

Specifications:

• Test format: Test combination for approx. 30 determinations


• LOQ (Limit of quantification): The detection limit is calculated via the Lambert-Beer law and depends on the application used. For example, if sample volume v = 0.500 ml and Delta A = 0.050 (A), then detection limit = 3 mg/l. This limit can be improved proportionally by increasing the sample volume up to 2 ml.


• Detected analyte: Sulfite (“total SO2“)


• Evaluation: UV-method (340 nm)
