Reagents for covalent immobilization of molecules carrying a primary amine group.
The kit contains reagents sufficient for approximately 80 immobilizations. Reagents in the kit are:

N-Hydroxysuccinimide (NHS), 115 mg
1-Ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC), 750 mg
1 M Ethanolamine hydrochloride-NaOH pH 8.5, 10.5 mL
For use with all Biacore™ SPR systems, excluding Biacore™ 4000.
