The Charm ALK Standard Tablets (ALK-STD-20) are calibration/positive control tablets used with the Charm F-AP (Fast Alkaline Phosphatase) system for dairy pasteurisation verification. They provide a known alkaline phosphatase activity level to verify that the instrument and assay are performing correctly before testing samples.
