Heather joined Onelab in 2017 after 20+years in the scientific distribution industry in New Zealand. Heather was most recently Managing Director at Global Science, under VWR ownership, and prior to that held management roles across sales, marketing and technical service. Heather understands that New Zealand companies must meet the highest standards, in a very competitive and remote environment; therefore, supply of high quality, well supported products is imperative to success. “Results matter” was born from these values.  Contact Heather on heather@onelab.co.nz

Aaron joins Onelab after 15+ years in sales and marketing and after a successful career in the New Zealand food manufacturing industry. Aaron has been responsible for food quality within a production environment and has held laboratory and production leadership roles within some of NZ’s leading food companies – such as Fonterra, Bluebird (Pepsico) and Zeagold. Vani joins Onelab after a successful tenure as Sales Manager at VWR. Vani has won numerous awards for outstanding customer service and performance, and her customer testimonials are outstanding. Vani’s laboratory and manufacturing experience includes time at Cordbank and Invitrogen. Christine has years of experience working within laboratories in New Zealand and Australia, and working for scientific distribution companies in roles varying from customer service, sales management and operations, during which time she won multiple awards including international recognition.  Christine brings a wealth of knowledge to Onelab particularly around process improvement and ensuring customer satisfaction.  Contact Christine on christine@onelab.co.nz 

Matt joined Onelab as Technical Service Manager after decades in the scientific industry.  Matt is a qualified service engineer, and most recently he has held roles as Service Manager and has previously had roles in application support and sales.  Matt specialises in Analytical Instruments and is a great asset to our company as applications support & service support.  Matt can be contacted on matt@onelab.co.nz 

Michelle is an experienced customer service manager with over 10 years experience managing and building customer focused teams.  Michelle's passion is ensuring customer retention and that all customers get what they need, and know that their business is valued.  Michelle has GLP laboratory experience and understands the New Zealand scientific market from her years at Global Science where she was customer service manager.  Contact Michelle on michelle@onelab.co.nz

John's name is synonymous with scientific distribution in New Zealand, having more than 40 years expertise, including being a founding owner of Global Science in New Zealand.  John has expertise in multiple laboratory disciplines, but is most excited and motivated by providing consumables to NZ laboratories.  John has a passion for our industry and a knowledge base about products that is second to none!  Contact John on john@onelab.co.nz

John Knowles joins Onelab after 30+ years in the scientific distribution space in New Zealand, Australia and Asia Pacific.  John has prior experience as General Manager of Global Science, BDM Manager for Scharlau chemicals across Asia Pacific, and most recently responsible for own brand Consumables and Chemicals across ANZ for Thermo Fisher Scientific.  John's addition to the Onelab team supports our vision to continue to support our customers & suppliers to the highest level in our market.  Contact John on johnk@onelab.co.nz 

Josh brings 10+ years’ experience, from across Europe and NZ to Onelab, including Research roles in Copenhagen and Heidelberg with a focus on protein metabolism in cancer research.  Most recently Josh was an account manager with Thermo Fisher managing the lower North Island region.  Josh has a solid understanding of our customers technical requirements and is available to provide solutions to our customers needs.  Contact Josh on josh@onelab.co.nz

Enrica joins Onelab with 10+ years in Scientific Distribution, Account Management and Customer Service in New Zealand, including Global Science and Southern Cross Healthcare .  Enrica has a degree in Science from the University of Auckland and is excited to join Onelab in supporting our customers with their applications and providing the highest level of customer experience.  Enrica can be contacted on enrica@onelab.co.nz

Dieter joins Onelab as Senior Service Engineer after a successful career spanning decades and continents.  Dieter has a degree in Chemical Engineering gained in Berlin, followed by decades of experience in chemistry related applications.  Dieters passion is for helping NZ customers with service and related technical queries, and specialises in METTLER TOLEDO and Buchi products.  Dieter can be contacted on dieter@onelab.co.nz 

Simon is experienced in mechanical and electrical equipment installation and performance optimization.  Simon has a degree in Engineering (Applied Mechanics) from Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics, followed by 20years in technical service & product design across Asia and NZ.  Simon is trained across our instrumentation portfolio, and has a passion for high quality precision equipment, so is a great fit for Onelab. Simon can be contacted on simon@onelab.co.nz 

Michael is an independent corporate advisor with expertise in M&A, divestments and capital raising for some of New Zealand’s largest companies. Michael has 25+ years’ experience with roles at First NZ Capital and Credit Suisse. Michael was also recently an advisory board member for Ice Angels, one of NZ’s leading angel investment groups, and joins Onelab as a non-executive director to further his passion for science and the New Zealand research and high-value manufacturing space.
